Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Life isn’t always smooth sailing, and when you’re navigating psychosocial disabilities, it can feel like you’re steering through stormy waters. That’s where our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches come in—think of them as your expert crew, ready to help you steady the ship.
Our Recovery Coaches combine mental health expertise with deep NDIS knowledge to support you in building resilience, developing practical skills, and working towards greater independence. This isn’t about fitting into a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s about YOU—your goals, your strengths, and your version of a good life.
We’ll work alongside you to create a recovery plan that actually makes sense for you, helping you take control of your journey while cheering you on every step of the way. Specialist Support Coordination
For those tricky situations that need extra attention, our Specialist Support Coordinators are the experts you want in your corner. Plan Management
Paperwork isn’t fun. It’s a universal truth. But guess what? You don’t have to do it! Our Plan Management team handles all the boring admin—processing invoices, managing payments, and keeping your funding on track—so you can focus on the good stuff, like achieving your goals (or binge-watching your favourite show).
SDA Management
We don’t do the whole “build it and they’ll come” thing—because it’s your home, not ours. At Australian Disability Navigators, we help participants with SDA funding create homes that truly fit their lives.
If you’ve been approved for SDA and want to build your dream home, we’ll guide you every step of the way. If building isn’t in the cards, no problem—we’ll find an investor who shares your vision and make it happen. It’s all about you: where you want to live, how you want to live, and creating a space you can proudly call home.
